Important Information
Before submitting a data deletion request, please understand:
- • Your access to the customer portal will be permanently removed
- • All quotes, invoices, and project history will be deleted
- • System monitoring data and performance history will be removed
- • This action cannot be undone
- • We may retain some data for legal, tax, or warranty compliance (up to 7 years)
- • Active contracts or ongoing projects may delay full deletion
